Design Procedure-OPLS

A Landscape Consultation is requested through this web site or by calling 281-910-1900. Our Customer Service Representative will respond promptly to answer your questions and begin the Owner's Preference Landscape System (OPLS) procedure.

Step 1 - Schedule Consultation and Complete OPA
Scheduling a consultation with Jason Watt, BLA, begins the Owner's Preference Landscape System process. Consultation clients receive a proprietary Owner's Preference Assessment (OPA) module to be completed prior to (or during) the site visit and assessment. Existing site plot plans or other site plans are very useful prior to the consultation and clients are encouraged to make them available.

Step 2 - Client Consultation (preliminary plan and estimate)
The Owner’s Preference Assessment module is used to clarify owner landscape preferences, goals and budget guidelines. In most cases, the consultation (2-3 hours) with our professional will result in a preliminary plan and cost estimate so that clients can make timely decisions.

NOTE: Landscape Projects that require Home Owner Association detailed plans and approval may require additional time and more detailed scaled drawings.

Step 3 - Landscape Plan Approval and Installation Calendar
Final adjustments will be made to ensure that client preferences, goals and budget guidelines are met. With this final approval, installation will be placed on the Watt Landscaping installation calendar.
